Teflon cable TK900
To connect the torch height control AR24-2 to the high frequency adaptor we offer this teflon cable in different lengths.
The teflon cable is 900mm long, other lengths available on request. It is heat resistant up to 200°C.

High frequency adaptor
The
high frequency adaptor allows the isolated attachment of the sensor. The
integrated bending device saves the adaptor in the case the sensor collides with the plate.
The adaptor is heat resistant due to teflon isolation and of rugged design.

Attachment plate
The attachment plate fixes the high frequency adaptor and with it the complete sensor assembly to the torch. It is available for several torch diameters. The laser cut steel shape is zinc-galvanized.

Horse shoe sensor
The horse shoe sensor is arranged around the torch tip and measures the distance to the plate surface. The
sensor is exposed to extreme conditions and therefore made of stainless
steel. As a wear-away part it is easy to exchange. The shaft length
measures 300mm.

Ring sensor
The ring sensor is arranged around the torch tip and measures the distance to the plate surface. As a wear-away part it is easy to exchange. The shaft length measures 300mm. The outside diameter measures 80mm and the inside diameter 41mm.

Programming adaptor RS232
The programming adapter connects the AR 24-2 THC data interface with the serial port (9-way) of a PC. It converts AR 24-2's data signals to the RS232 signal level. The cable length is 1.5m.

Setup - Software AR24-2
The AR 24-2 will be delivered with standard settings, which are well suitable for the most applications.
The setup software however gives permission to configure other parameters in the AR 24-2 to select enhanced functions or to optimize the regulating quality to different lifter motors and sensing systems.
The parameters are subdivided in tree groups: The Distant Controller Section, Speed Controller Section and General Section.
System Requirements: free COM-Port is required. The program occupies max. 15 MByte of hard disk space. ( Download )
